Vintage ballpoint signature, "Paul McCartney,” on the back of an orange 4.25 x 2.75 business card for Ray's Old Bristol Restaurant. Included with the signature are two items signed by McCartney's former girlfriend and muse Jane Asher: a matte-finish 3.5 x 5.5 photo, signed and inscribed in the lower border in pencil, "To Jane, Best wishes, Jane Asher"; and a light blue 4.5 x 4 album page, signed in black felt tip, "Best wishes, Jane Asher," and also by Margaret Lamb and Stanley Bates, two of her costars from the play The Happiest Days of Your Life, which ran from December 1965 - January 1966. In overall fine condition. Accompanied by an original 4.7 x 3.75 candid photo of McCartney and Asher at the time of signing, which shows the couple backstage at the Bristol Old Vic when McCartney was visiting Asher during a performance of the referenced play; the consignor notes that the signatures and photo belonged to the daughter of the pub owner who obtained the signatures.
