Frankfort has been struck through and corrected to "Shelbyville" in another hand. Postmarked "Free" at Washington, November 29, [no year]. Double-matted and framed with an engraved portrait (bearing a facsimile signature) to an overall size of 11 x 18. In very good to fine condition, with light soiling and toning.
