Signer of the Declaration of Independence from Pennsylvania (1730-1779). Early manuscript DS, signed “G: Ross,” one page, 8 x 12.75, July 1750. Cumberland County legal dispute between Charles Magill and Peacock Bigger regarding a sum of 70 pounds. Signed at the conclusion by George Ross, then only 20 years old. Archivally mounted, matted, and framed to an overall size of 14.75 x 19.75. In very good to fine condition, with toning and paper loss along the intersecting folds.
