Swyler selling to Tench Francis "a tract of land containing four hundred acres, bounded on the West by Land this day granted to Anthony Kern and on the North by the State of New York in the County of Luzerne." Approved by and signed on the reverse by Pickering next to the original off-white seal. In fine condition, with small chips to the edges.
