Partly-printed DS, signed “Oliv: Wolcott, Jr.,” one page, 6.75 x 3.75, March 12, 1789. Interest note in the amount of ten shillings, in part: "I hereby certify that Thomas Grow Jr. is entitled to receive the Sum of Ten Shillings Lawful Money, out of any Funds appropriated for the Payment of Interest on the liquidated Debt of the State of Connecticut." In fine condition, with light show-through from tape on the back of the cancellation cuts.
