President Harrison authorizes and directs "the Secretary of State to cause the Seal of the United States to be affixed to four (4) envelopes containing my letters addressed as follow. 1. To Porfirio Diaz, on his re-election as President of Mexico. 2. " the Emperor of Germany on marriage of Prince Ferdinand of Romania to the Princess Marie of Edinburgh. 3. " H. M. Victoria, on the marriage of Princes Marie to Prince Ferdinand. 4. " the Emperor of Austria on the marriage of Her Royal Highness the Archduchess Margaretha Sophia with His Royal Highness the Duke Albrecht of Wurttemberg." Signed at the conclusion by Harrison. In fine condition.
