Jack Lousma’s flown Gemini 10 Fliteline medallion, 1″ in diameter, with the front featuring a raised design of the mission insignia with astronaut surnames, and the reverse engraved with the mission date, "Gemini 10, July 18-21, 1966." Condition is mint state, with trivial scuffing.
Accompanied by a handwritten letter of provenance signed by Lousma: “This silver-colored Gemini 10 medal, also known as a Fliteline medal…was flown aboard the Gemini 10 mission with John Young and Mike Collins during July 18-21, 1966, only three months after I became a member of the Astronaut Office…Before the mission, I accepted the Flight Crews’ offer to purchase a flown medal for this mission. It is from my personal collection and has been in my possession since receiving it shortly after the Gemini 10 mission."
