Color limited edition 18.75 x 15 lithograph of Salvador Dali's artwork for the film Destino entitled 'Seventy,' numbered 22/95VIP, signed in the lower border in pencil, "Roy E. Disney." The print features Dali's signature inherent to the image. Impressively cloth-matted and framed to an overall size of 35 x 32. In fine condition.
In 1945, Walt Disney commissioned the Spanish surrealist Salvador Dali to create storyboards for a film called 'Destino.' Due to a poor financial outlook, the project was put on hiatus until being revived by Disney's nephew, Roy E. Disney, in 1999. The completed animated short premiered in 2003 at the Annecy International Animated Film Festival, and Dali's storyboards were transformed into limited edition lithographs.
