Partly-printed vellum DS as president, one page, 15.5 x 9.75, September 9, 1831. President Jackson grants Daniel Roberts of Preble County, Ohio, a tract of land in Cincinnati containing 80 acres. Signed prominently at the conclusion by President Jackson, and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Elijah Hayward. The white paper seal affixed to lower left remains intact. In very good to fine condition, with areas of toning, and two small holes at top left.
