Copper-plated bust of Abraham Lincoln in profile mounted on a wooden 8 x 11 frame, with label on the reverse: "From The Lincoln Home, Springfield, Ill.," signed by Custodian A. S. Edwards, May 18, 1910. Below is a letter transmitting this item to a Texas collector, with a note written in ink describing the piece: "'Lincoln' Head,' Cast iron - copper plated, Mfg. by Chicago Hardware Foundry Co. North Chicago, Ill., The board the head is mounted on was siding off of Lincoln's home in Springfield, Ill. Very few made." In fine condition.
