Staple-bound official NASA manual for Apollo 15 entitled "AS-510/CSM-112-/LM-10, Final Change A, Flight Plan," 8 x 10.5, 74 pages, dated July 6, 1971, prepared by the Flight Planning Branch, Crew Procedures Division at Houston's Manned Spacecraft Center. This version of the flight plan contains just "Section 4 - Consumables" and "Section 6 - Alternate Mission Timelines," detailing an "Earth Orbit Alternate Mission," "CSM Only Alternate Mission," and a "CSM/LM Alternate Mission" which could still be accomplished in the event of various failures. The front cover is marked "Scott" in red ink. In fine condition, with a tiny stain to the edge of the front cover.
