Impressive 10.5 x 13.5 print of a sketched portrait of Franklin Delano Roosevelt done by Russian-American artist Jacob H. Perskie for the 1932 presidential campaign, signed and inscribed along the bottom in fountain pen, "To Arthur Bellinger, with the regards of Franklin D. Roosevelt." Also features Perskie's facsimile signature in the lower right. Double-cloth-matted and framed with a plaque to an overall size of 20.5 x 25. In very good to fine condition, with light overall creasing.
