As a professor, Scarpa acknowledges a student’s enrollment, in full (translated): "I, the Professor of Obstetrics signed below, certify hereby that Claudio Rovespi from the Concordia was enrolled in my school for the two years 1776-1777, attended regularly and studied diligently." In fine condition. In 1772, Scarpa became professor at the University of Modena.
