Very desirable group lot of nine vintage original color NASA photographs, glossy and satin-finish, 8 x 10 and 10 x 8, with purple NASA caption text on reverse identifying these photos as being "Onboard Film" from Apollo missions 11, 12, 14, and 16. The group lot is comprised of pictures of the moon's surface as taken during lunar EVAs, which includes the following images: Buzz Aldrin standing next to the American flag; Aldrin deploying the Passive Seismic Experiments Package; Alan Bean descending the lunar module ladder; Edgar Mitchell walking away from the Apollo Lunar Surface Experiments Package; and John Young saluting the American flag as he leaps off the lunar surface.
