Limited edition commemorative cover from the personal archive of Fred Haise with a cachet honoring the Apollo 13 mission, postmarked at Kennedy Space Center on the 30th anniversary of the launch, signed in black ballpoint, "James Lovell, CDR," and in black ink, "Fred Haise, LMP." The reverse is numbered 6/152 and is stamped as being an unflown cover from Haise's collection. In fine condition.
