Exceedingly rare vintage glossy 8 x 4 panoramic photo of The Doors side-by-side, signed in blue ballpoint by all four members using their first names only: Jim Morrison, "Jim"; Ray Manzarek, "Ray"; John Densmore, "John"; and Robby Krieger, "Robby." In fine condition, with small mounting remnants to reverse. Accompanied by a copy of a letter of provenance from the original recipient (in German), and a color copy of the original mailing envelope. Captured circa 1969 at Venice Pier by noted rock photographer Henry Diltz, this is a classic portrait of the legendary group—The Doors came to be one of the most popular and successful American rock bands of all time. Fully signed photographs of the band are practically unheard of, and this is a truly spectacular, visually appealing example.
