Bill and receipt of payment, in full: “1796 Miss Betsy Cadwallider Dr to Benjn Rush, Novr 1797 January February, To medicines, and attendance to herself. £11:5:0 June 7th 1797 Rec’d in full, Benjn Rush.” In very good condition, with two vertical folds, scattered toning and soiling, and tape repairs on reverse to two small separations at top of folds.
