Paul Weitz, PLY SL-1." In fine condition. Accompanied by a handwritten letter of provenance from Weitz, in full: "I hereby certify that the photograph of the Skylab 1 crew presented with this letter bears the authentic signatures of Charles Conrad, Joseph Kerwin and myself. It is from my personal collection of artifacts and has been in my possession ever since."
