Partial DS, signed twice by Lennon, "John Lennon," once by Harrison, "George Harrison," and once by Starr using his legal name, "R. Starkey," one page, 8.5 x 11, no date but circa 1970s. Final page of a legal document, presumably concerning Apple Music, Inc., appointing Marc Weitzen to "the office of Assistant Secretary of the Corporation." In fine condition, with strip of tape to reverse of left edge resulting in some discoloration and wrinkling to left edge of front; signature area remains clean and unaffected. Weitzen was serving in the position of assistant secretary of Apple Music by the end of 1974. As a document signed well after the Beatles disbanded, this is extremely rare and highly sought-after.
