Highly appealing matte-finish 5.5 x 7.5 head-and-shoulders portrait of Chiang Kai-shek, affixed to its original 8.5 x 11 photographer’s mount, signed on the mount in black ink in Chinese. In very good to fine condition, with light silvering to the image, small tear to upper right corner tip, and light staining and rippling to the mount border. A scarce and atypically large example.
