In full: “I hereby authorise you to make an offer for any property which you consider suitable and fit as married quarters for one or two families of Stud employees.” Nicely double-matted and framed with an image of Churchill to an overall size of 18 x 14.5. In fine condition, with central vertical and horizontal folds.
