Dyer, Edward P. Doherty, Mortimer D. Leggett, William Dwight, John F. Miller, Benjamin F. Potts, Henry Warner Slocum, William Hays, Charles H. Tompkins, and August Kautz. A small albumen image of Lincoln is affixed above his signature. In overall fine condition, with all signatures bold and beautifully penned.
