Some scattered light creasing and cover wear, and Headon signing over an unsuccessful first attempt in ballpoint, otherwise fine condition. The record is included. Accompanied by a letter of provenance from Mary Edith Burrell, a performer/writer on the NBC show Fridays, who obtained the signatures in her dressing room when the band was the show’s musical guest.
