Matted and framed with a portrait of Henry and a biographical plaque to an overall size of 34 x 23. In very good condition, with intersecting storage folds, several small holes of paper loss, scattered toning, and a bit of light soiling. Henry’s signature remains quite pronounced and unaffected by the flaws. The white seal is toned with several areas of paper loss. Oversized. Pre-certified PSA/DNA and RR Auction COA.
