Two items: one Space Shuttle Columbia medallion bearing the STS-1 crew emblem in relief, 1.5″ in diameter, affixed to its original 8.5 x 11 First Shuttle Flight Achievement Award certificate bearing printed signatures of Crippen and Young; and one souvenir Columbia mission patch, 4.5″ in diameter, affixed to a letter addressed to a “Shuttle Team Member,” thanking them for their efforts.
