In part (translated): "Thank you very much for sending your two books. I have already read this about masochism with great interest; it seems very convincing to me. What I have read so far in the book about Freud, I really liked. There is much more than a biography in the ordinary sense, and it will certainly help to demand the understanding of Freud's wonderful personality." In very good to fine condition, with minor losses to corners, and irregular toning affecting only appearance. A fascinating letter connecting two of the great intellectuals of the 20th century.
