Two signed items: a color satin-finish 7.75 x 6.75 of the Bushes sitting together in the Texas Rangers' dugout, signed and inscribed in the lower border in black felt tip, "To Fran & Eddie, These two Ranger fans love you, George Bush"; and a TLS as president, signed "George," one page on a 6 x 4 presidential stationery card, April 29, 1991, in full: "They're a little late, but here are a couple of souvenirs of a good time with good friends. Thanks for everything." This is a rare presentation signed Presidential item to the owners of the Texas Rangers Baseball team, Eddie and Fran Chiles. The Bush's were close friends of the Chiles and their son, and future President George W. Bush took over ownership of the Team from the Chiles as managing partner in 1989.A unique item with fascinating Baseball and Presidential association.
