Signed at the conclusion by President Calvin Coolidge and countersigned by Secretary of the Treasury Andrew W. Mellon. The foil seal affixed to the lower left remains intact. Matted to an overall size of 25.25 x 21.25. In very good to fine condition, with scattered light foxing, and dampstaining to the right side, not affecting the signatures.
