Governor Milles proclaims that, in honor of the legendary career of the Ramones, and their forthcoming concert at The Joint in the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas, on August 25, 1995, said concert date will hereby known as “Ramones Day, ‘Honoring The Forefathers Of Punk Rock.” Signed at the conclusion by Governor Miller and Dean Heller as secretary of state. The lower left bears the original gold foil state seal. Includes the original ‘The Great Seal of the State of Nevada’ presentation folder. In fine condition. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope sent to friend Andy Gore (Andy Armstrong) by Johnny Ramone, who addresses the envelope in his own hand and incorporates his given name signature within the return address field: “John Cummings.”
