Two items signed by Wally Schirra: a TLS signed "Walter M. Schirra, Jr.," one page, 8 x 9.75, NASA letterhead, November 30, 1962, in part: "Your enthusiasm is an incentive to all of us who are training for flight. Our thanks go to you, as well as the thousands who are so diligently working on the different phases of this manned space flight activity to make the program a success"; and an official vintage color 8 x 10 NASA lithograph of Schirra in his silver Mercury space suit, signed in fountain pen, "W. M. Schirra, Jr." In very good to fine condition, with edge toning to the letter, and overall rippling to the photo.
