Softcover booklet entitled "First Photographs of the Reverse Side of the Moon" by the Academy of Sciences of the USSR, 7.75 x 10.25, published in 1960 by the Foreign Languages Publishing House, Moscow. The booklet documents the launch of the Luna 3 space probe, which transmitted the first images of the far side of the Moon back to Earth. In fine condition, with some light wear and creasing to covers.
