The manual features detailed diagrams of the aircraft's cockpit and controls, with various descriptions, operating instructions, emergency operation instructions, charts, and data. Additionally includes an 88--page manual entitled "Service Instructions for Model R-2000-9 Aircraft Engines." In fine condition. Introduced in 1942, the Douglas C-54 Skymaster was a four-engined transport aircraft used by the United States Army Air Forces in World War II and the Korean War; those used by the Navy were designated Douglas R5D.
