Worthington Foulfellow, sweeping back his cape in a full-length pose. Accomplished in graphite on untrimmed 12 x 10 animation paper marked "45" in the lower right. Character image measures 7.25 x 7.75. In fine condition. An early drawing of this decidedly rare Pinocchio villain.
