In fine condition. On July 26, 1889, Grand Duke Peter Nikolaevich of Russia married Princess Milica of Montenegro. On August 16th, George Maximilianovich, 6th Duke of Leuchtenberg married Grand Duchess Maria Nikolaevna of Russia. A significant diplomatic document from the Harrison administration.
