The cel is placed on a lush hand-painted custom-prepared watercolor background by noted illustrator, animator, and production designer Toby Bluth. Image measures 5 x 5.25, with a mat opening of 11.5 x 8.5. Triple-matted and sealed under plexiglass to an overall size of 17 x 14.25. In fine condition.
