Flown board post cover carried to the Mir Space Station during the Soyuz TM-16 mission, which launched on January 24, 1993, 8.25 x 11.75, featuring cachets and imagery related to NPO Energia corporation and the CNES ALTAIR air-launch system, signed by Russian cosmonauts Vasili Tsibliyev, Aleksandr Serebrov, Aleksandr Kaleri, and S. Andreyev, and French astronaut Jean-Pierre Haignere. The bottom certificate of authenticity NPO Energia attests that this envelope was delivered to and postmarked onboard Mir and later returned to Earth by the crew of the Soyuz TM-16 transportation vehicle.
