Limited edition hand-painted animation cel entitled 'Just a Taste,' numbered SP 15/18, signed in gold ink by Myron Waldman. The scene shows Popeye offering a taste of spinach to a large genie emerging from a magic lamp, with a jealous sorcerer seen lurking nearby. The character images measure 6 x 8.25 (Popeye and genie) and 1.75 x 4.5 (sorcerer), with overall dimensions of 14 x 11. The cel is placed on a matching color lithograph background. In fine condition. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from King Features, which bears a preprinted Waldman autograph.
