Signed on the front cover in gold ink by William Westmoreland and U.S. Grant Sharp, Jr., with both also signing in blue felt tip on their respective section title pages; Sharp's section is entitled "Report on Air and Naval Campaigns Against North Vietnam and Pacific Command-Wide Support of the War, June 1964-July 1968," and Westmoreland's section is entitled "Report on Operations in South Vietnam, January 1964-June 1968." Includes an unused 3 x 3.75 x four-star rank bookplate signed in black ink by Westmoreland. In very good to fine condition, with cracking to the inner hinges.
