First edition Apollo 13 Lunar Orbital Science Flight Chart, 57.5 x 26.5, signed in the lower border in blue felt tip, "Fred Haise, Apollo 13 LMP." Labeled in the lower right corner, "Chart F, 1 of 3, Apollo Mission 13, REV 40 through 46, 11 April 1970 Launch Date," this chart displays the harsh lunar terrain and the planned tracking lines for several Apollo 13 lunar orbits. Ultimately Apollo 13 made only one lunar orbit, using the moon’s own gravity to sling the damaged spacecraft back to Earth. Folded and in very good condition, with a split to one of the folds on the signed panel, and light wrinkling to edges.
