Scarce trio of vintage color glossy 9 x 11 chromogenic prints by Kodak, featuring three of the Apollo 11 mission’s most iconic images from their historic moon-walking EVA, which includes: Lunar Module Pilot Buzz Aldrin descending the ladder of the LM Eagle; Aldrin posing next to the American flag on the lunar surface; and Aldrin standing on the lunar surface, his visor showing a small reflection of the photographer, Neil Armstrong. Each print is adhered to a same-size cardstock mount with an affixed image caption to the reverse. Includes a blue “Apollo Eleven” cover sheet with gilt lettering, 9 x 11, which reads, in part: “Photography, Courtesy of N.A.S.A.,” “Limited Edition Prints, Compliments of Kodak, Business Systems Markets Division,” and “Specifications, Kodak Ektacolor Professional Paper…Internegative…Duplicate.” In overall fine condition, with light edge wear and slight fading to the images.
