The front cover is annotated "Copy 6 of 40," and a partial distribution list is stapled inside the front cover. The report presents an engineering evaluation of the C-5 Vertical Assembly Building (VAB) Enclosed-Inline Concept to be used in conjunction with a crawler-type Transporter/Launcher, offering an evaluation of the structure, systems, preliminary design, and estimated costs. In addition to summarizing the project in total, the report includes a number of interesting fold-out drawings and schematics detailing the proposed building, crawler, and associated systems.
