This photo was taken by official White House photographer Cecil W. Stoughton on the day President Kennedy presented Cooper with the NASA Distinguished Service Medal. The reverse bears “A Kodak Paper” watermarks and is annotated with the negative number, “C168-1A-63” and the date, “21 May 63.” In fine condition. Encapsulated by PSA as an authentic 'Type I' photograph.
