(Walter Lantz Studio, 1950s) Original production cel of Woody Woodpecker from The Woody Woodpecker Show, depicting the mischievous bird in a full-length pose as he's about to run out of a stove room. The cel is placed on a hand-painted production background from the same film, the lower right of which is stamped with a Walter Lantz copyright. Character image measures 3.5 x 4.5, with a mat opening of 10.5 x 8.5. Double-matted with an engraved plaque to an overall size of 16 x 17. In fine condition, with some slight lifting to paint. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Classic Moments.
