Vintage glossy 5.25 x 3.5 photo of the Beatles, signed on the reverse in green ballpoint by Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, in black ballpoint by John Lennon, and in blue ballpoint by George Harrison. The photograph was taken by Les Chadwick during a photo session with the Beatles in late September 1962, just one month after Ringo had joined the group. Chadwick was employed by the Liverpool-based Peter Kaye Photography Studios, a company that photographed the Beatles on many occasions. An extremely limited quantity of these photographs was signed by the Beatles for people that joined their fan club. The consignor notes that the signatures date to late 1962/early 1963. In very good condition, with surface loss to the photo side, staining, creasing, and a heavy central vertical fold. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Tracks, and by a letter of provenance from the original recipient: “I have had these since about 1962. They were popular in Liverpool and someone started a small fan club which I joined. This was the photo I received.
