Signed and inscribed on the first free end page by Stephen Sondheim, and dated February 10, 1993. Autographic condition: very fine. Book condition: NF/VG+, with rubbing to the spine and mild soiling to the rear panel of the dust jacket, which is not price clipped. Sondheim wrote the lyrics for Gypsy, which debuted on Broadway in 1959 and today is regarded as one of the 20th century's great musicals. An outstanding and uncommon signed first edition.
