Uncommon 2.5 x 4 carte-de-visite photo by Disderi of Paris, signed in the lower border in black ink, "George Peabody," and signed and inscribed on the reverse, "For Mrs. Tinker, with the compliments of George Peabody of London, 30th Sept. 1863." In fine condition, with light soiling.
