(Marvel Productions, 1996) Impressive collection of ten panorama production watercolor background paintings with cel overlays from X-Men: The Animated Series, all from season three, episode ten, entitled 'Longshot.' The backgrounds range in size from 16 x 10.5 to 31 x 10, with the line-drawing overlays adding detail to the sci-fi scenes. The detailed backgrounds are predominately suburban scenes, with sidewalks, cars, and condominiums, plus a few more sinister-looking sites. In overall fine condition, with some edgewear. Although written as season three, episode ten, 'Longshot' was first shown in the fifth season after delays due to animation problems.
