From the personal collection of Apollo astronaut Walt Cunningham-an official brad-bound NASA manual entitled "Mission Requirements, 'C' Type Mission, CSM Operations, Revision 1," dated February 14, 1968, signed on the front cover in black ink, "Personal copy, used in training for Apollo 7. Walt Cunningham." The manual is housed in its original 8.75 x 11.5 binder, the front of which bears an "Apollo VII, Mission Requirements" label that Cunningham has added his surname to in black ink. Sections include: Purpose, Introduction, Summary of Mission Test Objectives, Detailed List Objectives, Experiments, Spacecraft Configuration, Mission Planning Guidelines, and Alternate Mission and Abort Guidelines." In fine condition, with some creasing to binder. Accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity from Cunningham, who states: "This is my personal copy of the Apollo 7 Mission Requirements, including all detailed test objectives. In addition to flying the spacecraft, we trained to perform these tasks during the first manned flight of the Apollo Program in October 1968. This manual has been in my possession continuously since its publication and any annotations are my own."
