Uncommon glossy 8.5 x 10.5 photo of John Wayne sporting a beard and having his nails filed, signed in felt tip, "Good luck, John Wayne." Reverse of left side is affixed to a RKO Radio Studio 'Candid Shots' folder, which lists information for the 1945 WW2 film Back to Bataan. In very good to fine condition, with scattered light creasing and surface impressions, and a vertical area of discoloration along the left side.
