DS, one page, 8.5 x 11, August 25, 1950. Official letter to Edward Wallerstein, the president of Columbia Records, informing him that it is their "desire and request that our current contract be canceled and in its place instead a new contract upon the same terms and conditions be executed." Signed at the conclusion in black ink by Willie Dixon, Leonard Caston, and Ollie Crawford. In fine condition, with torn file holes to the top edge.
